Change of Administrator and Registered Office

With effect from 1 October 2010, The Black Sea Property Fund Limited (the "Fund") has appointed Saltgate Limited as the Fund's administrator in place of IPES (Jersey) Limited.  The administration agreement with Saltgate Limited has been agreed today and the Fund has relocated its registered office to 22-24 Seale Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QG, Channel Islands.

 

Saltgate Limited is regulated to carry on fund services business (in its capacity as administrator) by the Jersey Financial Services Commission
